My name is Master Jae Lee with the U.S. Tae Kwon Do Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We have 3 locations in the area.
We have been using the DED program for about 3 months and it has been one of the best marketing tools we have ever invested in.
So far, we have gotten over 15 new students with this program from about 20 leads. So about 75% of leads converted to our regular program, which equals about $15,000 dollars in new registrations alone.
In addition we get the testing fees and our conversion rate into the black belt club program is about 75 to 80% — so as far as creating the numbers to justify our investment in the DED, it has been phenomenal.
Now the biggest difference about this website is that it was developed by professional. Most martial arts schools have a student or local web person design their website. Such sites might look great and but, in my experience, they don’t work in generating new leads. With the DED program, it has been really great in driving action from the viewers in the form of some type of response.
We get the names and phone numbers of these leads into our mailbox. And, in addition to the numbers I listed earlier, I know there has probably been five other students who did not necessarily sign up for anything on the website but they called me directly.
So as far as this program investment goes, I cannot say enough about it.
We are very active as far as in the marketing of our school. We spend about $3,000 dollars a month in various print and advertising.
But, what we do with this DED program has been one of the best investments because it provides interaction with the viewers of the website and a better response.
I cannot say enough about it. I truly and highly recommend it for all martial arts school owners (except the ones in my area).
