As a school owner, I was getting tired of getting a BOX of over-used and over-rated materials and ad slicks that didn’t produce the results I wanted for my school. I was still forced to “figure it out on my own” – Until I made the commitment and began working with this Network of instructors and business men who have been working around the clock to provide cutting edge materials and tools for my school. Before the New Way I was stuck in a place that I didn’t know how to get out of, I hit a glass ceiling if you will. Then I “HIRED” three incredible “VIRTUAL EMPLOYEES” in my school for a fraction of what they’re worth. Tom, Al, and Chan went to work for my school.

Each week, I get on a conference call with Chan and spend time with him as he shares proven marketing strategies that are producing results in his school. As a result, we were able to increase our business by 10% last year when many schools are struggling. (Today is the 16th of January and we’ve enrolled 12 new students)

Also, every Friday, I sit down with Coach Tom and the network of other instructors on a conference call. I feel like it’s just him and I as “WE” discuss the Vision of “MY” school and the future of the industry. When I implement the ideas here, the culture of my school has become a center for Leadership and Success Education in my area. This was something that helped me command tremendous respect in my community. (which helped dramatically with upgrades and retention)

Then, the technology and leverage that I get with the New Way is incredible. Al has worked hard on helping “MY” school have cutting edge technology and resources for my students that help raise the image of my school in my community.

Since I started with the New Way, I’ve increased my enrollment, increased my gross income, increased my image in the community, created a culture that is Half on the Mat and Half online training, and made my school more professional, and more efficient all while focusing on powerful martial arts training and leadership development.
